Complaints procedure

Ethical and legally compliant behaviour is a top priority for NORDWEST Handel AG (“NORDWEST” for short) and its subsidiaries in its own business activities and in its relationships with its business partners and customers.

NORDWEST has established a complaints procedure that enables employees, business partners, companies and other affected parties to report human rights and environmental risks and violations of human rights or environmental obligations under the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz, LkSG). This complaints procedure also covers affiliated companies such as e-direct Datenportal GmbH, NORDWEST Handel GmbH, Nürnberger Bund PVH GmbH and TeamFaktor NW GmbH.

As part of the complaints procedure, complainants can contact the law firm WGW Rechtsanwälte (WGW Wagner Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB) by telephone, post or e-mail. The employees there are obliged to maintain confidentiality. They are specially trained to deal with complaints about the LkSG and can draw on the relevant experience.
